Levels
If you have never played padel or any other racket sport before and would like to start padel training, we offer you two options.
Beginner's Crash Course - Depending on demand, we organize a 2-hour training session a few times a month on Saturdays for players who have never held a racket before and are not familiar with the rules. During the training, we introduce the rules, review the basic strokes and techniques, and let you play a little so that you can gain experience in the game. By the end of the training, the player should know how points are counted, how the racket should be held, where to position yourself during the game, and how to hit the ball.
Beginner's group training - Weekly group training sessions for players who have never played a racket sport before. To join the beginner-level training, the player must have participated in our course or played padel a few times on their own and know the rules. The ball does not have to stay in play, but the ball should be hit at a leisurely pace.
The Advanced Beginner level is for players who can keep the ball in play at a calm pace, both off the bounce and out of the air (volleys). They can return balls after a rebound from the glass and have played independently at least 10 times. A bonus is if you’ve previously practiced with a coach.
The Intermediate level is for players who can play without major mistakes off the bounce, out of the air, and off the glass. They feel confident in game situations and also have tactical knowledge. Ideally, they’ve previously trained with a coach, and having a background in other ball sports is a bonus.
The Advanced level is for players who have a background in other ball sports or have been playing padel for at least a year. They can handle all elements of the game, including corner-glass situations. Male players are at C league level, and female players are at least B league level.

We will send information there about available spots, and so on. Also, when we organize tournaments or camps, we will share the information with our players.
