Order Processing

Order processing takes 1–5 days. We will send you an email within 1–5 days once your order has been shipped. The standard delivery time is 3 days and the maximum delivery time is 10 days.

Domestic Shipping (Estonia)

Delivery to a parcel locker €3.30

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days after delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount, excluding return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at
info@padelstar.ee with your order number and a photo of the product’s condition. We handle these cases individually and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
